5 week program , 1 Ice session every week , 5 total hours Jersey Included What to expect: Everything will revolve around Speed - Intensity - Creativity, our skill coaches will be pushing your player out of their comfort zone so they can develop. -Fast pace tempo drills -Edge work drills -Overspeed -Transitioning -Escape Moves -Power moves -Stick skills -Shooting skills -Position specific drills -Battle games -Scoring Games

All Pre-Deposit's are non-refundable. If you have booked a program fully, you can be refunded at a pro-basis rate. Rescheduling is available for every event, and may be available to all customer's 4 day's before your schedule session.
